As the Area Director of Sales & Marketing, I support the Hospitality arm of Revest, collaborating closely with the management and sales teams at the Hampton by Hilton Greensburg, Hampton by Hilton Johnstown, Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh-University Oakland, and Eliza a Hot Metal Bistro.With over 4,000 square feet of event space and 250 guest rooms across three markets, we aim to be the gold standard in service and hospitality across the markets we serve.My responsibilities are tailored to meet the specific needs of each property, with a primary emphasis on Outside Sales, Market Positioning, and Corporate Prospecting. At Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh-University Oakland, my focus is to bring the brand experience to life through storytelling and community engagement. I work to:- Develop and implement customized sales strategies that align with each property's unique market and goals.- Enhance market positioning through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.Identify and pursue corporate clients, driving growth and securing long-term contracts.-Provide ongoing support and training to sales teams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.-This role allows me to leverage my expertise in sales and marketing to drive success across our diverse portfolio of hospitality properties.

I'll never forget sitting in the Monroeville Max and Erma's and being offered my first Director of Sales position. For 2-years I had assumed as many responsibilities of the role as I could, and couldn't believe I finally had the chance to claim the role as mine.Going into the pandemic, the 138-key Hotel had been underperforming on BT segmentation and so that had grown to be my main focus.
