• Lead the creation and execution of the company’s first project in sustainable mobility, in a joint venture with one of Colombia’s most renowned companies in the electrical market. The product’s expected annual sales are around USD 300K. • Acquisition, negotiation, and tracking of suppliers for the procurement of materials, managing to have allies with high-quality standards while achieving efficiency gains.• Construction and monitoring of schedules in interaction with areas such as R&D, Industrialization, Logistics, manufacturing, and sales.• Construction and analysis of business models within renewable energies, and sustainable mobility to present to the board of directors.

• Led Alegra’s participation in an acceleration program with DMZ and Procolombia resulting in more than 16 corporate and mentoring contacts in Canada.• Established and divulged a new organizational structure in nine Technical Teams (corporate areas), shifting Alegra's focus toward markets rather than products.• Crafted a sales strategy for Alegra’s API Electronic payroll obtaining 28 new corporate clients.
