    In November of 2014, it was decided that a combined compliance and operations role was needed to be separated to provide key areas of improvement. I took on a more compliance role as well as a data analytics role. In addition to handling the day to day compliance functions for the credit union, including but not limited to BSA, SAFE Act, various deposit and lending regulations, I perform data analysis through various programs to find meaningful trends and key performance indicators. I accessed our core database through report writing. I created reports through Symitar, Microsoft Access/Excel, as well as creating queries through SQL.I have also taken several forms that were printed, hand written, and scanned back in and create electronic versions through Adobe Acrobat. These documents helped to reduce paper being printed out as well as provided conformity across the organization. These forms included formula's, digital signatures, and other key features to help reduce confusion among the staff.
