Led, designed and developed the information system for finance functionalities of www.JustBooked.com.au. including:- Collaborated with DIVVY Tech team to design the processes of data-pushing from sales system to Xero for invoicing, processing refunds and automated generation of batch payments to vendors.- Set up external payment gateways on Fat Zebra for handling online credit card payments.- Re-mapped entire chart of account on Xero to make it compliant for an e-commerce, sharing-economy business.- Provide timely support to CEO and CTO in board meetings.- Continue to fortify current systems, deliver quality work and provide support to all passionate managers at DIVVY.

Developed, enhanced and maintained the finance system of www.DIVVYParking.com.au.including:- Restructured the entire filing system for Finance team from countless physical papers and spreadsheets, to a contained, cloud-based and user-friendly filing hierarchical system.- Simplified the financial processes, which required two accountants before, to only one.- Streamlined EOM processes, which required 10 days to complete, to only 5.- Maintain the already-excellent relationship with external tax agents, bankers, accountants of stakeholders.- Lead and host the interim and EOY financial audit on-site.

- Looked after a portfolio of clients which comprised of high-net-worth individuals and corporations.- Optimised income and expenses within the scope of tax rulings to give clients their best tax positions.- Assisted clients to file appeals against unfair decision by the ATO, defended clients' claim on behalf of them and helped parties reach a settlement with ATO without going to court. Once helped a client to waive $50k of tax penalty and penalty interest charged by the ATO.- Reviewed and amended erroneous company financial reports, tax returns, BAS's prepared by clients' ex-accountants; to greatly improved client's tax positions for current and future tax years.
