As Founder and President of Loomis Marketing, LLC, I help companies grow organically through voice-of-customer (VOC) interviewing, analysis, strategy, innovation, and branding. I provide fractional CMO services and project-based work, evaluating market situations, competitors, and opportunities, identifying end-user problems, and implementing effective communications. I have personally conducted over 10,000 customer interviews in my career. My trademarked VOC methodology, called "Customer Outsight" provides a logical, sequential process to uncover hidden gems my clients never knew about their customers. The most important element of this process is a mindset shift to the customer's true perspective. If we focus on helping customers be successful, we will be successful. Simple concept, but not always simple to pull off.I am also a podcaster, speaker, author, and teacher, sharing my insights and expertise on B2B marketing and sales, digital transformation, and customer relationship management. I co-hosted 80+ episodes of "The B2B Marketing & Sales Podcast", wrote the book "Marketing Is Everything We Do - How Serving Others Brings Success in Business and In Life", and speak and teach at various events and institutions. I am driven by my mission to make the world a better place by helping people and companies connect more effectively with their stakeholders and by supporting non-profits in education, accessibility, and inclusion.
