My name is David, and I grew up in Cambridge, Ohio. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and backcountry scenes of Ohio. Physical activities in the outdoors are my favorite things to do in my free time. My family/friends have always been amazing and I wouldn’t be here without their support. I was accepted into the Ohio University College of Business in 2018. While in Athens, I decided to major in finance with an emphasis on financial planning. I chose the financial planning path because I wanted to learn about how most of the financial services industry works. This way I have more flexibility with different roles during my professional career. In 2020, I added a business analytics major to supplement my knowledge with the recent advancements in financial analytics. I have grown with my experiences in the classroom and the business community since 2018.In 2022 I completed all coursework for my majors, except an internship experience. I went on to pass the SIE exam in June 2023. However, my graduation is still pending until I obtain an internship. Currently, I am pursuing experience as an intern in a financial services role. I will finally put my coursework knowledge into real practice to complete my majors.
