Oversaw the operation of store's meat department for a fortune 500 supermarket chain which exceeded 2 million dollars in meat sales annually. In charge of employees in the department and responsible for training, overseeing, scheduling and completing paperwork. Also in charge of customer service and was responsible for handling complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining quality service.
