Responsibilities:Facilitate a learning environment for clinicians to understand and integrate AI into their practice.Pioneering the application of AI tools and initiating discussion in the mental health space.Supervise provisional psychologists completing the 4+2/5+1 pathways, providing internship support and developing psychological tools and resources for clinicians.Key Activities:Implement and teach the use of AI tools to aid in treatment planning, note-taking, report automation, and more.Conduct supervision sessions, psychology product development, and document reviews.Run supervision, offer advice, and consultations, and develop resources, including NPE preparation and other internship aids.Achievements:Supported hundreds of provisional psychologists to successfully complete their internships.Assisted approximately 2400 clinicians in gaining a better understanding of AI.Initiated and co-facilitated a pioneering legal event where a lawyer educated clinicians on AI use.Developed standards for ethical and responsible AI use in psychology.Received exceptional feedback and validation for the work and impact made in the field.

Supervised 10-15 provisional psychologists (completing the 4+2/5+1) and 3 Registered Psychologists.This involved regularly meeting provisional psychologists for 1-2 hours per week and the Registered Psychologists monthly.I also provided ad hoc support to my supervisees, report writing assistance and assisted them to meet their AHPRA psychology registration requirements (as described following).The AHPRA psychology registration requires me to assist supervisees to understand their ethical obligations, complete multiple academic tasks and understand risk management. It also requires me to assist provisional psychologists to implement evidence based interventions and understand evidence based assessments.I attended and contributed to managerial meetings with 4 other supervisors and senior leadership and received fortnightly supervision.

Worked in banking and research, assisting my team with mergers and acquisitions for mining deals. Developed pitches to corporates with an extensive use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.As part of team, considered the strategic value of a deal to a prospective client.

Provided assistance with collecting management fee returns and tendering in the procurement process. Facilitated a six-person team to manage procurement contracts within the NSW public sector.
