My team and I run a 107,000 sq ft building. We do anything from fixing, cleaning, building and working with different contractors to ensure that everything is in great working order. I also manage my teams payroll and invoicing.

Avionics, Inc is an FAA approved repair station that installs avionics equipment into aircraft under 12,500 pounds and was started in 1962 and sold in 2007.I took over a business that averaged $298,000 a year sales and increased the business to $690,000 in the first year. Handled all day to day operations from payroll to cleaning the floors. Installed FAA approved checklists to streamline the operation and hold the correct personnel accountable. Worked with my FAA inspectors to insure all United States Government laws were being followed.Improved the FAA inspection report of violations from 16 including 5 majors to 3 minors and 0 majors. Major violation is subject to fine and closure. Minor violation is verbal or written notice. Industry standard is 5 minors. Increased sales the first 19 months including the 4 highest

During my tenure at Longhorn Steakhouse we raised the standards in our unit to the top of Rare Hospitalities regulations. The unit became a manager training store and a corporate menu roll-out center. My team and I were consistently in the top 3 in our sales bracket in profit.

Hops Restaurant was a steak house and mico-brewery of 76 stores over 15 states.My team and I led a group of 87 employees on a unprecedented run of sales and awards. Once the correct accountable systems were put into place and the systems were managed our store was set to succeed. We achieved our awards through hard work, attention to detail, and taking care of the most important person in a business, the customer. #1 in labor production; in overall guest satisfaction in 2003.#3 in lowest employee turnover.

CP Medical was a company of 5 employees that supplied area orthopedic facilities with home care of continuous passive movement machines. (CPM)I would work hand in hand with orthopedic surgeons and their patients to deliver and set-up post surgery the CPM at their residence. I handled the inventory of the units and all schedules of delivering and picking up the CPMs. I would also provide presentations of the CPM for physicians and other health care professionals. Lowered labor in my department by 50% in the first 2 months. Created the template to do presentations for the healthcare industry.
