 Operate, monitor and help maintain plastic injection machines. Assemble, install, and trouble shoot molds. Take damaged molds to be milled. Setup and calibrate injection machines and cooling processes (mold cooling manifolds, cooling beds ect.) for different products. Trim and machine parts to specifications, take inventory and prepare parts for shipment. Promoted to Night Shift Supervisor, managing 3 employees and responsible for closing shop.
