Lead the rollout of the Alysyn business for sourcing temporary dental professionals.- Led the implementation of Scrum methodologies across our product & engineering teams and, eventually, the entire organization, leading to significant gains in organizational transparency, collaboration, and value delivery.- Oversaw all product and engineering efforts across the organization. Ensured efficient delivery of product development by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and effective code review practices. Technologies used include Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Sidekiq, Postgres, Redis, Heroku, and Cloudflare.- Implemented analytics and business intelligence solutions to provide insight into key metrics across the organization. As a senior front end engineer for TheraNest, I served as a key contributor to several major initiatives, including:- Complete UI/UX overhaul of TheraNest's HIPAA-compliant practice management platform and mobile application - resulting in across-the-board gains in usability, performance, security, and maintainability. Technologies used included React, Node (Koa/Express), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Ionic, AWS, and C#/.NET MVC.- Significant improvements for our marketing site, leading to more effective customer acquisition and engagement tooling for sales and marketing teams.- Served as a technology generalist including key contributions to HIPAA-compliance measures, identity and access infrastructure, and staff onboarding.

Served as lead developer on several major client projects including work for companies such as Golden Flake, Atherotech, and Altec. Also served as lead developer for our in-house developed applicant tracking system, Distillery, that was deployed to several clients across Alabama. Worked with a wide assortment of technologies including Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (jQuery, Ember, AngularJS), and Wordpress.

Worked with the team to research and develop the next generation of AIDT's project management platform. Technologies utilized include Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (jQuery and Ember), and PostgreSQL+PostGIS.

Served as a Salesforce administrator and developer on multiple client projects. Tasks included updates to custom objects and schemas, creation and deployment of new forms and workflows, and data import/cleansing/wrangling.
