I support 120 negotiators their team leads and their managers. I do this by coaching both team leads and negotiators. I help to develop parameters and best practices based on data sets put together from our past negotiations. Additionally, I am responsible for auditing the work of the negotiators and their team leads to make sure they are following the parameters and best practices laid out by our department.

My responsibilities included recruiting nineteen people to upload documents to the course hero website. I led my group to contributing 491 documents to the website and helped to donate 49 books abroad.
