Project budgets include those with range in excess of $2M.• Lead cross-functional project teams charged with dissecting the entire company’s IT related functions using strategic goal setting and project management methodologies.• Utilized .NET development teams in the implementation and integration of ERP with in-house systems to include the infrastructure and integration strategy across all business systems.• Managed outsourced development to include that of new commissions engine which resulted in increased scalability and flexibility which resulted in 50% of commissions being paid out immediately.• Charged with the re-development and implementation of sales extranet with information portal to include content management and suite of web based business tools. Tools were custom developed applications using Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server. Results included significant cost savings and the improved data integration.• Directed warehouse automation improvement project that included a pick to light system and streamlined an outdated pick and pack system to a state-of-the-art automated distribution system. Project designed around a phased plan to support growth up to $500 million in revenue. Productivity and shipping efficiencies were realized with immediate cost/labor savings.• Architected and managed offshore development of rich media eCatalog with a savings of $1M over similar sourced products.
