I've consistently demonstrated a successful record of leading change and performance improvement utilizing financial analysis skills, lean principles and high performance team development. Manufacturing experience includes very strong liquid product manufacturing including hot fill, cold fill, extended shelf-life (ESL) and aseptic production processes. In addition to a strong Food and Beverage experience, I have also led teams producing cosmetic products and powders as well.Performance Highlights include:Financial improvements up to $15 million annually through cost reduction including manufacturing sourcing optimization, internal production efficiency improvements, capital project implementation and headcount reductions.Led Research and Development team for household cleaning and personal care products for parent company Norwex that resulted in over 20 new products within 3 years.Led plant turnaround to achieve "Plant of the Year" at the Grand Prairie Coca-Cola plant in 2009.Implemented and led ISO certification achievements at 4 different facilities in career.Hand selected to lead the Fort Worth Coca-Cola manufacturing and distribution center in 2011 during tense employee relations with the Teamsters attempting to organize the workforce. Through implementation of strong team member involvement processes, the Fort Worth team chose not be to be represented by the Teamsters and remain union-free continuing to work closely with our senior leadership team to address issues and drive performance. Achieved OSHA's VPP status at Dallas Coca-Cola Syrup plant in 2011. This was one of the first plants within Coca-Cola to achieve OSHA's Voluntary Protection Plan (VPP) status. Successful led of over 23 contract manufacturing and distribution sites including contract negotiation, relationship management and performance improvement.
