Founded in 2005, VeriShip is a SaaS-based logistics spend management and payments platform used by corporate shippers throughout the United States. In 2014, VeriShip had one product offering. In my first four years at VeriShip, I played a key role in the development and release of three additional products that more than doubled revenue; VeriShip Intelligence Platform, Contract Engineering, and Bill Pay. In 2018, a major private equity investment firm purchased a majority stake in VeriShip.• Researched, identified, evaluated, and implemented new products and services designed to meet the needs of our customers.• Developed product concepts through ideation, prototyping, iteration, and analysis.• Identified Bill Pay service offering and responsible for implementation of service.• Created system to digitize carrier agreements and defined processes for measuring Contract Engineering savings.• Defined key reporting metrics and design of VeriShip Intelligence Platform.

In 2012, I left StubHub and reunited with a former employer to launch an auditing company that helped reduce payment processing fees. I developed the business model, tools, and established partnerships with key payment providers and affiliates. VeriProcess focused on managing payment programs for merchants and driving bottom line revenue through cost reduction strategies. After building and establishing the services of VeriProcess, I continued on as Director of Auditing while transitioning to a sister company, VeriShip, in 2014.• Developed business plan and model for audit company focused on payment processing.• Designed and developed proprietary auditing tools used to analyze merchant payment processing.• Identified and nurtured key partnerships.• Generated revenue streams and value-added services that created high client retention.• Consulted with businesses on payment processing strategies and processing optimization.

StubHub, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, acquired Ticket Technology in November 2008. I was a key part of the acquisition process, facilitating the transition and integration into the StubHub infrastructure and culture. I served as the business unit owner of the acquired broker-to-broker point of sale system.• Oversaw direction and integration between StubHub’s platform and Ticket Technology software systems.• Maintained key client relationships and formed a client advisory board.• Consulted on strategic business initiatives and product development.• Managed merger of event data between StubHub and Ticket Technology.

Founded in 2001, Ticket Technology provided a customized point-of-sale software service for ticket brokers in the secondary ticketing industry. I managed the direction and growth of the company, leading key integrations with payment processing and shipping services.• Responsible for all aspects of business, including key partnerships, customer acquisition, business and product development, marketing, and creation of revenue streams.• Identified and led direction of key revenue streams, securing contracts with vendors that provided high levels of integration and group pricing for users of the Ticket Technology platform.
