Helped found Lively, a telemedicine-based hearing aid business that was acquired by GN Hearing and subsequently rebranded to Jabra Hearing.

In May, 2015 I was asked by Lyft's COO to build Lyft's first strategy team, which is responsible for launching new lines of business that accelerate Lyft's growth. Key team accomplishments:- Partnered with General Motors & Hertz to launch Lyft's first vehicle rental program (Express Drive)- Led Lyft's first pilot in the delivery space with Walmart- Launched Lyft's first high end ride service, Lyft Premier- Designed Lyft's autonomous fleet operations plan

Spearheaded Lyft’s driver retention and loyalty programs. Led the team responsible for retaining and engaging Lyft’s national driver base of hundreds of thousands of drivers.- Launched Lyft's first driver retention program (Accelerate)- Signed a multi-million dollar deal with Shell, granting drivers discounted fuel at pumps nationwide- Managed Lyft's digital driver engagement initiatives (email, social, etc)

Launched Lyft's first major US cities, including Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, and Boston. Translated these learnings into a national expansion playbook. Oversaw all aspects of new city launches including driver acquisition, local and digital marketing, partnerships, and building out of local teams.

Led local marketing and city expansion for one of the early pioneers in the car sharing industry, Wheelz (the first company to enable individuals to rent vehicles from one another via an app linked to in-vehicle hardware). Wheelz was acquired by RelayRides (now Turo).Oversaw local vehicle supply, ambassador programs, referral channels, and coordinated market launches in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Signed and implemented 20+ technology partnerships that power key features of Reputation.com's consumer products. Distributed Reputation.com's online consumer products through global financial institutions, ISPs, security companies and professional associations, including Wells Fargo, BBVA Compass, and the American Medical Association.

Founded a $30,000 per year fund to finance Stanford student projects focused on improving Stanford's renewable energy portfolio. Led public relations efforts to source student project applications.
