About David Ryal

David Ryal - David has been active in working with small businesses/entrepreneurs for over thirty years. He was an instructor of entrepreneurship at Santa Barbara City College for eight years; Director of Small Business Development Centers and a Women's Business Center for fifteen years along with being director for chambers of commerce in California. He is currently starting a consulting firm that specializes in Workforce Development and economic development.He worked to develop government relationships with TTG Consultants in Los Angeles. He works on various projects to help out-of-school youth enter the workforce, get back into school or learn how to create their own job through entrepreneurship.He currently teaches Fiscal Literacy in conjunction with AARP TaxAide program in San Luis Obispo County. This is done with a grant from Wells Fargo Bank Community Development.
