I also worked with GE industrial businesses on technology and innovation around improving the energy & environmental performance of the built environment.I led GE's external engagement with real estate and wider industry leaders on sustainable business in particular through his roles as:- Member of the Better Buildings Partnership and Chairman of its Lender Sustainability Working Group;- Board Member of the Green Rating Alliance;- Speaker at industry events and conferences.Additionally, I supported GE’s growing commercial real estate lending business on new lending and existing loan book to address risk from Minimum Energy Efficiency standards legislation and other environmental issues.
