Oversees and supports the Business Development efforts for the B2B channel for global accounts and guides activities in capture management and sales. Responsible for staff development, supervision and management.- Guides the B2B & Global Accounts business development plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals of the company- Oversees the identification, qualification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities- Develops solid internal cross-organizational relationships and works collaboratively across the enterprise to deliver enterprise-wide results- Ensures that capture plans are updated, communicated and on-track for successful implementation- Tracks key measurements in sales and business development and ensure B2B and Market Segments have the necessary tools to monitor and track performance- Responsible for top-level client and potential client relationships.- Lead management responsibility for the Enterprise proposal center activities, strategic pricing efforts and competitive Intelligence gathering and dissemination.- Acts as a liaison among company leadership, senior executives, customers or specific government agencies and offices.- Develops and maintains business relationships with customers and potential customers.
