Cancer Support and Resources For Your Journey. A coalition of cancer philanthropies is important to the state of Nebraska and the cancer community. As such, we launched this website to provide you with resources for your journey, from the type of cancer you have, to specific types of support you may need, to what’s available in your local area. The goal of NCAN is to provide a mechanism that shows all of the cancer philanthropies in Nebraska. In this way, patients will have a one stop resource where they can go to get help after a cancer diagnosis. Furthermore, philanthropies will become aware of other endeavors in fight against cancer, in which we hope a spirit of community and collaboration ensues. Additionally, family members, loved ones, community activists and patients will be able to join the fight through the various resources, volunteering and donation opportunities. For patients, we hope you find the support you need in your cancer journey and beyond. For philanthropies, we hope you find inspiration from other organizations just like you and join forces when you can.
