Leading the Technology team at Zeno London. Our work covers enteprise technology brands - from household names, through to sector leaders and start-ups defining new categories. I have overseen B2B and corporate programmes for brands including Lenovo, Zoom, ServiceNow, Canonical, Google and Celonis. As part of the UK leadership team, I run the Technology practice - acting as strategic counsel in partnership with the excellent team while also driving our positioning and growth, leading new business activity and team development. I am also part of the agency's DE&I group, set up to ensure our policies and processes are equitable and inclusive and to drive understanding and awareness of diversity issues within the business.As part of my work, I have been a mentor on both the Taylor Bennett Foundation programme and our internal mentoring scheme, a judge for the PR Week UK Awards 2022 and a lead on the Zeno innovation taskforce, set up to bring new products and services into the agency.

Part of the agency’s commercial board, helping to lead the Technology practice, working with enterprise brands (including Adobe, Rackspace and Akamai), security vendors (Trend Micro, Gemalto), and online market leaders (Gumtree, Jobsite). My work covered three main areas. Firstly, managing busy brand newsrooms: closely monitoring news and media trends to support reactive and proactive media relations that increases positive share of voice and drives action. Secondly, developing campaigns that build brand positions on specific issues and trends. Finally, working as second in command to the practice Managing Director to develop the agency through new business and organic growth, building our external positioning, client service oversight and team development.

I worked predominantly with Microsoft as an extension of the in-house team, leading EMEA hub and campaigns, targeting enterprise, SMB, public sector and advertising audiences. This work spanned from top tier, pan-regional media engagement to digital/social media storytelling, across product launches, policy, events and momentum activity. As part of my role, I reported into both regional and worldwide leads, and worked closely with Microsoft subsidiaries and agencies to manage activity and ensure it was on message. Outside of this, I led programmes for brands including INRIX (cloud and big data services) and Ricoh Europe (enterprise process management).

I joined on the Lexis graduate scheme, working in the Business Communications team and focusing on B2B and corporate accounts as well as other work on consumer clients. Duringmy time at Lexis, I was involved in running trade, corporate and digital campaigns for a range of clients including MySpace, Arjowiggins, First Base, Domino's Pizza, thetrainline.com and DHL, as well as being part of a team established to drive Lexis’ digital offering and market it to clients.
