Product managed a suite of products and enhanced low latency network services and led new product development from concept and business case, executive board approval through to development of a cloud based software application for trading communications.

Managed launch of a wholesale Net2Phone baed VoIP service offering enabling cable/MSOs to offer communication services. Managed successful launch of a product line (>$20M) from business case to commercial launch including developing KPIs for product metrics and cross-functional implementation team.
