CurrentI'm the owner and Director of Revolution Learning and Development Ltd and Skills Garage, our Online and Virtual Training solution.We are a training and development consultancy specialising in management and leadership, customer service and sales, communication and human resources courses.Having spent over 15 years in training and development I've developed a deep understanding of the tools and techniques that can be used to develop the skills of others.I'm passionate about developing others alongside ensuring our clients get a return on their investment.I lead a team of associates that are based across the UK. This allows us to deliver our services anywhere in the country. We've also got a strong presence in Ireland which sees me spending my time between the 2 countries.We've also delivered training across Europe in Germany, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic and Romania to name a few.I personally take a consultative approach to learning and developing, learning about our clients and trying to immerse myself into their business. This allows me to connect with the people whom we deliver training and development solutions. My team also take this approach.I enjoy looking at new and creative ways to deliver training which has allowed us to come up with some out of the box solutions for our clients.My training delivery style is fun and down to earth and we recruit our team on the same basis. We want people to enjoy learning with us, but of course, take practical ideas and skills away with them.
