I am also a senior consultant for PI Midlantic, a talent optimization consultancy that helps organizations align their people with their business strategies through a combination of insight, education and coaching. Utilizing the Predictive Index® (PI), a proven, proprietary management tool, he works closely with companies of all sizes to help them reliably predict work-related behavior and align the performance of individuals with specific business needs – specifically learning to engage, motivate and create the right environment for employees to be effective and successful. This includes the pre-boarding, on-boarding and post-boarding processes. Working with companies of all sizes, I also assists with key hiring by helping to create job descriptions, goals for the role, a behavioral target for the role as well as developing job posting language.
