Outride provides research, cycling programs, and funding to empower all people to experience the social, emotional, and cognitive benefits of cycling.​

Outride provides evidence based cycling interventions to improve social, emotional, and cognitive health. Responsible for leading the three core pillars of research, school program and, the Outride Fund. -Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. -Own the organization's P&L while controlling company costs and including initiatives to address donations, audit, tax and other losses. -Own Team Development to include delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants and employing various initiatives to coach teammates to optimize their capabilities.

The Specialized Foundation uses cycling as a tool for children to achieve academic, health, and social success. Our mission is to increase accessibility to cycling to aid youth in personal development and education through primary scientific medical research and school-based cycling programs. Responsible for The Specialized Foundation's business operations from leading key initiatives, marketing, business development, program and project management including leading and managing foundation programs, inspiring and driving resources both internal and external.

Direct supervisor of 58 undergraduate Midshipmen in order to develop them mentally, morally and physically to become Naval and Marine Corps Commissioned Officers. Assistant Professor Vanderbilt University teaching three accredited undergraduate courses: Leadership and Organization, Amphibious Warfare, Evolution of Warfare.

Direct supervisor of a senior staff of 75 Marines in the execution of tactical level logistics including general sustainment services, transportation, general engineering, medical support, maintenance management, and supply chain management to over 2,000 Marines and Sailors in Amphibious and Combat Operations.

Performed detailed analysis and provided high level supply chain management business practice recommendations for $125 million product line throughout North America.

Independently led seasonal 6-8 person trail crews in clearing of over 360 miles of backcountry trail and the construction of multiple dry stone masonry projects ranging in budget size from $50,000 to $250,000.

Staff work related to Veterans Affairs issues, Environmental Issues, and Foreign Affairs issues. Drafted and routed the FY08 Department of Defense appropriation for Massachusetts proposal.
