Current•Developing and executing marketing strategies, such as optimizing local listings, tailoring websites, and creating print media, to enhance property occupancy and resident retention.•Serving as a mediator between residents and the corporate office to address complaints and facilitate resolution of contract-related issues.•Managing administrative tasks and ensuring the accuracy of leasing, renewal, and property records, which often involves meticulous tracking and proofreading.•Supervising the complete lifecycle of resident operations, including tenant screening, security deposit handling, rent collection, and managing debts in the event of delinquency or eviction.•Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis by assessing expenditures and forecasting annual income, expenses, repair costs, and maintenance budgets. This responsibility may involve regular communication with property management leaders at regional, national, or international levels.•Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including the timely filing of paperwork, maintaining property safety records, and managing property claims and losses.•Conducting interviews, recruiting new team members, and overseeing training and coaching for both new hires and experienced staff.
