I lead the Employer Brand and Insight function at TMP Worldwide (part of PeopleScout). I focus on ensuring that Employer Branding is central to our solution while managing and developing the talented EB&I team who are based across London, Bristol and Poland.I’m responsible for the future shape of our offering guaranteeing that we continue to deliver an unrivalled, market-leading service to our many clients.My time is split between supporting my team to deliver an exceptional service to clients, while also engaging with external audiences to bring to life our award-winning proposition, as we continue to experience sustained growth and success.I work with our fantastic SMEs to ensure every possible option is considered when we address client challenges, whether as a standalone consulting solution or as part of our global RPO offering. Informed by extensive experience in a fast-moving and ever changing industry, I've had a hand in all sorts of areas and have developed a close understanding of what it takes to deliver change and achieve success.

Having joined in 2010 I had several different roles across the Recruiting Solutions business (now TARGETrecruit). Rolled my sleeves up and got involved in all kinds of things ranging from employer branding, copy writing, candidate experience, ATS implementation, consulting and attraction to AC design, assessment and selection, resourcing and marketing.
