Through our system, I am able to fully understand the positions open throughout the businesses, and in doing so am able to find the “right fit” for the positionTo find the right individuals for our company, I am actively sourcing new applicants through social media, and constantly viewing applicants that have applied to our job postings; to make sure the applicants are the right fit for the position, I am involved with a number of assessment and screening techniques. In doing this, I was able to put together an elite group of individuals, who would surpass a number of expectations held by their supervisors.In the beginning part of the season, I insured that each member of my team had been properly trained in their daily responsibilities and tasks. Throughout the season, I made it my utmost priority to maintain a safe work environment both in travel to and from work, and on the job site through constant monitoring of safety matrices and to be fit for work each day.On top of these responsibilities, I constantly monitored the quality of my crews work with regards to proper seedling distribution and quality.
