• Prepared tender documentation for selection and purchase of a pontoon mounted dewatering system and collaborated with suppliers to propose a solution that was more compact and 40% lower cost than alternatives
• Performed extensive hydraulic analysis for new 14km tailings pipeline and as a result reduced the expectations on required pumping power by 20% and reduced pipeline length by 400m

• Initiated tooling study for back door panel and negotiated low cost modifications and short schedules with stakeholders which reduced plant downtime for tool changes by 50%
• Coordinated investigations into back door gas strut failures, identified root cause and in collaboration with the supplier proposed sealing and material changes to eliminate the concern reducing warranty claims.
