Fitness has always been my passion, but for years I resisted the idea of a career in it as I worked as a publicist and later as a management consultant. I took the leap in 2014, and for the last 10 years, I've owned and operated Elevate, a group training facility in Washington, DC. I am currently serving as the Hyrox 365 Global Head of Training.I have also served as Host of "Spartan Race" on NBC Sports, NBC, and ESPN and I am also the author of "The Essentials of Obstacle Race Training: A Beginner's Guide."
