This includes sales, distribution, inventory, fulfillment, customer requests, business as usual marketing, campaign planning, etc.• Drive the development of creative campaigns, cost-effective merchandising improvements and innovative partner/platform promotions.• Collaborate with partner divisions and internal teams to accurately forecast - by SKU, by amount, by month, by plan - the anticipated demand requirements to recommend product orders to Product officers in order to assure sufficient product inventory to meet sales demand based on each channels program.• Manages the execution of marketing and promotion events.• Maximizes e-commerce performance indicators such as conversion rate and average order value through cart analysis, and sell and up-sell merchandising strategy.• Analyze online experience of customer and recommend improvements, assess effectiveness of all key metrics, and monitor all partner division's service level agreement
