David is President of Magram Properties LLC, a real estate acquisition, investment, development, and management firm. A Floridian native of Baltimore, David is a magna cum laude graduate of Yale. He received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.Prior to forming Magram Properties, David underwrote acquisitions at The Treeline Companies, where he was the direct report of the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to Treeline, David formed Trummelbach LLC to focus on real estate and related investments.Earlier in his career, David worked as a financial sector specialist at a Tiger Management affiliate, The Carlyle Group, Oppenheimer & Co., and Citigroup / Salomon Smith Barney. David lives in South Florida with his wife, Yalda, and their sons.
