I built and maintained ingestion, cleansing and transformation processes operating primarily on clinical data. Parsed C-CDA data initially using tree-based methodologies but then transitioned to XSLT which uses a declarative approach that permitted dynamic customizations across source systems to accommodate the high degree of idiomatic variation of data. Implemented highly scalable processes in Databricks using PySpark and DeltaLake. Actively participated in monitoring and metrics gathering in support of numerous OKRs and KPIs. Designed and implemented process monitoring using Datadog and Sumo Logic. Implemented and managed many transformation workflows using dbt.As Tech Lead I actively participated in process design, code quality management, architectural designs, team scrum ceremonies, prioritization, feature ideation, new technology exploration and product management.
