I am a director of ibex gale - a company specialising in employment law services and people management support. The company’s services cover five areas: workplace investigations, conflict resolution and mediation, organisational culture, change projects, and compliance and regulation. We strive to give every organisation access to the cutting edge resources required to create outstanding, compassionate cultures. Prior to starting ibex gale in 2011 I spent around 10 years working as an employment lawyer, including a number of years at DAC Beachcroft LLP, a leading international law firm.I have conducted a wide range of complex and sensitive workplace investigations across a variety of sectors, and have worked in partnership with both employers and law firms on a broad portfolio of employee relations projects, including large-scale restructuring, redundancy and TUPE exercises. I am also an accomplished trainer on all areas of UK employment law and employee relations best practice. I was the Employment Lawyers Association representative in the South West from 2009 until 2012.
