I am a Consultant for Withers lawfirm. Withers represent some of the world's most successful businesses and their owners, investors, funds and charities and is centred around the sectors that are most important to these clients including hotels, luxury brands and tech. I advise predominantly on hotel and leisure matters (including joint venture and shareholder agreements, development/co-operation agreements and management, franchise and ancillary agreements) in the hospitality and broader real estate industry across Europe, ME, Africa and Asia Pacific. Former experience included advising on projects in China (including HK and Macau), Guinea, Austria, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Myanmar, Korea and Japan) as well as resorts as diverse as Austria, Fiji, Hawaii, Maldives and Montenegro. I also work on sponsorship, master rights, broadcasting rights, event management and other agreements in the sports marketing and broader leisure sector.
