I have also learned (the hard way) that often times disruptive innovation isn’t the answer, because the simplest solution is frequently the best solution.Regardless of what solution fits a given problem, the true ‘work’ that gets me out of bed every day is implementation - bringing these solutions to life. I love working with teams and am very comfortable as a leader (I’ve managed up to 6 FTE). I love the challenge of aligning people throughout (or outside) an organization with a vision. Relationship-building comes naturally to me and I’m in my element communicating anything (technical or non-technical) to anyone (technical or non-technical), from informal conversations to passionate public presentations*.I also really enjoy the challenge of aligning those visions with reality.
