Recipient: Special Service Award 2005In my time off work, I took the initiative write a program in MS Access VBA to create a Technical Support "Dashboard". The dashboard program interfaced with an MSDE SQL database to store help desk tickets. It also acted as an interface to pull data from an ERP system, a CRM system, and an RMA database. Integral's Technical Support department adopted the dashboard, allowing the technicians faster access to information and greatly improving the time it took to log cases. The increased efficiency allowed the department to maintain acceptable service levels while call volumes increased.
