I specialized in the facilitation, design and optimization of business management and IT processes, the design/build of process management ‘centers of excellence’, the implications of continuous improvement in meeting strategic objectives and the role quality plays in fast changing environments.I am an experienced Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI Change Management as well as a seasoned practitioner in business frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COBIT and TQM quality management process design principles. I also hold certifications as a Quality Manager (ASQ), Certified Change Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).My functional experience included over 30 years in both public and private sector businesses, with 15 years in high availability IT FI environments. My operational expertise included but was not limited to cost/waste reduction, structuring and enabling managed process environments, executing and governing over service quality management programs, IT vendor management, large project management and process engineering programs. As well as assessing regulatory/quality controls (Sarbanes Oxley), and development work on Professional Services Applications.
