During my tenure with Sedgwich CMS, I served as Director then earned a promotion to AVP. I oversaw 10 claim operations, 11 jurisdictions and 100 colleagues for the Walmart workers compensation and general liability claim operations. This included leadership of large jurisdictions of New York, Florida, Georgia and Washington. Job responsibilities and oversight include, but not limited too: Process management, Lean Six Sigma, quality, budget, quarterly results presentation, metrics, analytics, results and outcomes. In addition, also oversaw large national insured programs, including QBE, State Farm and Everest.

Served as Regional Claim Manager over both South East & Central US after managing the Western Regional Claims office. I oversaw multiple office locations including Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Missouri. I enjoyed serving on the Gates McDonald Leadership Council and held responsibilities for planning the Gates McDonald’s strategic direction. Leading cross-departmental initiatives challenged (and inspired) me. Managed client relationships, budgets state reporting requirements and internal and external audits which included defense of a Department of Insurance Audit (OBAE) that resulted in a successful outcome. Selected achievements included significant expense savings while providing immense improvement in claim management and compliance.
