Family policy researcher, leading the family policy research stream of the CSJ's 'Breakthrough Britain II' policy research project. I was co-author of the major policy report 'Fully Committed? How government could reverse family breakdown' (http://www.centreforsocialjustice.org.uk/publications/fully-committed-how-government-could-reverse-family-breakdown), which made policy recommendations to all political parties on how to strengthen family life.
