Screened CVs and conducted telephone interviews for our retail, graduate and pharmacy management roles.

This was a temporary position that I completed on two consecutive years. My main role was to advise teachers and schools on Teacher Assessment. My day to day role included advising schools on the polciies surrounding Teacher Assessment and their pupils assessments, Test Results (previously SATs) as well as technical help in the submission of the assessments. I have completed studying a business focused BA (Hons) degree in International Tourism Management. The degree has covered a wide range of modules including Human Resources, Finance, Strategic Management, Marketing and tourism focused modules. I have completed a consultancy project for a Yorkshire business where I advised them on best practices within the industry to improve their business and advised them on marketing, event and funding opportunities. As part of my placement I was trained up in all areas of the hotel including front desk, conference and events and food and beverage. I frequently trained and supervised staff and completed a twelve week leadership development course with the company.
