I also conducted the Marketing function for the organisation and developed the marketing plan, and implemented it. This role spawned the success of my role years later at Zilmet. In both companies I was mandated to build (from scratch) a marketing function/plan strategy which had not existed before. I accurately executed this with determination and guts, understading from this early career role what it takes to develop and implement a marketing strategy.
