Used over 20 years of industry experience in running hair and beauty salons in the UK and South Africa. I wanted a challenge of becoming a supplier to the professional hair, skincare and nail markets in South Africa. Twincare is a 40 year old company and the largest privately owned supplier to the professional market of hair, skincare and nail products in SA. Full management control over 15 brands with a total staff complement of 90 split between sales, marketing and education.- Led day-to-day management of all Twincare brands split into specific teams per brand each have a sales manager/marketing manager and educator and 5 sales consultants to cover the country.- Implemented Sales & Marketing plans to achieve annual targets.- Instrumental in negotiating and concluding 2 new brands to launch into the market.- Developed a new “consumer” division to increase sales with different brands into the retail consumer market.- Grew Twincare brands ‘footprint’ across all 3 divisions – haircare, skincare and nail brands.

Worked with master licence holder in the set up of 3 new high-end fashion salons.

- Led the “Visible results in 10mins” campaign.- Negotiated £750K line of credit.- Built UK business and sold it to Management.
