On 15 August 2018 DME Alliance Inc., dba DME, was acquired by O'Neal Inc. DME's services included facility design, process engineering, process systems design, and MEP engineering for process utilities, HVAC & cleanrooms. Our Allentown PA office delivered full service engineering design for new facilities and expansions/renovations of existing facilities in S&T, pharmaceuticals, medical device, biotechnology, food and fine chemicals industries. My role at DME evolved substantially over the years. When I first started the company I spent most of my time consulting and setting up business systems. As the company grew I gradually transitioned responsibility for managing operations over to a group of extremely talented employee managers and functioned more as the executive director and business development lead. As principal in charge, I oversaw the execution of projects and ensured the quality of deliverables. I also published and spoke at conferences on various topics relating to process systems and facility design. -
