I worked at Associated BioEngineers and Consultants (ABEC) for nearly a decade, starting as a project engineer and advancing to the role of Engineering Manager. During that period I had responsibility for turnkey design and delivery of custom bioprocess systems to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. ABEC was my introduction to the life sciences.
