Took on an underperforming unit and delivered within six months constant brand standards as measured by brand audits. Developed an amazing culture within the unit of wanting to be the best whilst having fun.In the short time I had this unit we achieved a record breaking operational audit, become a training restaurant and won the Welcome Break team of the year award for 2018. Personally I have been enrolled on the companies high potential program and supported the roll out of self service Kiosks across Burger King and KFC.

Joined Five Guys to open their first Manchester City centre restaurant for the brand. Recruited, developed and lead a team of 5 managers and 55 staff.

Worked to turn around a severely under performing restaurant. Developed multiple team members to managers and multiple team leaders to assistant managers.

Working as a General Manager within Flaming Grill. At this site I built a strong management team from scratch and have recruited and developed an amazing front of house team and a strong back of house team. I have also implemented cross training with the front and back of house teams. The site was in double digit decline in regards to year on year sales growth despite strong competition in the form of two new value food pubs opening within 4 miles. Within 6 months the site was in sales growth. In addition to my role as General Manager I was also the area HR champion and I also over saw a team of 3 area support chefs, supporting the team with their weekly communications, kitchen standards audits and signing off of new Kitchen Managers.After taking on this site we have broke the pubs daily sales record twice. I also studied leadership in retail management at Leeds Beckett university whilst in this role.

Lead an area of 6 to 8 Burger King restaurants including two new openings.Net turnover of approx £10m per year. Sites included Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, Trafford Centre, Huddersfield, Macclesfield, Bury, Fallowfield, Lowry Centre & Bolton.Reduced labour spend in the area by 2% and reduced the food variances by an average of £250 per restaurant per week as per the franchisees requirements.Whilst in this role I excelled and became one of the most valued multi unit managers within the group and respected by various senior roles within Burger King UK.

Ran various restaurants including turning around one of the companies highest volume restaurants in Piccadilly Gardens Manchester from net sales of £1.5m per year to £3.0m per year. During my time in Manchester Piccadilly restaurant we broke every sales record the restaurant had and became the most profitable company operated restaurant within the UK. Became the first Burger King to trade 24/7 with a single kitchen in the UK which required the creation of a detailed operational plan to ensure team safety and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. I built an amazing management team who under my leadership lead the restaurant in Manchester Piccadilly to break every sales and profit record, had the highest operational audit scores and became a training centre for EMEA. I was a certified restaurant training manager which involved training new shift managers, assistant managers, restaurant managers and new franchises, inducing the first franchisees for Kazakhstan.Within this role I also supported the company business manager completing retail and operational audits in the north west restaurants.
