As the global leader of BCG's People & Organization practice (POP), I’m passionate about driving transformative solutions that tackle our clients’ most complex challenges—ranging from organizational design and operating model to talent strategy, purpose, culture, and change management.My commitment to the POP team goes beyond leadership; I’m dedicated to mentoring and empowering our members to achieve collective success at BCG, enhance our professional growth, and find balance and fulfillment in life outside of work. With extensive experience across various industries, particularly in technology, media, and telecommunications, I’m driven by the powerful synergy between technology and people, unlocking unprecedented opportunities for growth and innovation. As a core member of BCG’s GenAI leadership team, I’m at the forefront of accelerating our firm’s GenAI capabilities, collaborating closely with colleagues to rapidly expand the firm’s GenAI offerings. Outside of work, I am passionate about ending pediatric cancer, and in the interim, supporting research, increasing awareness, and improving the patient experience. Our 12-year-old daughter, Izzy, died of Osteosarcoma in 2022, and the TeamIzzy Foundation was created and designed by her to support that cause.
