Executive Relations Manager
CurrentThe purpose of this senior role is, in strong collaboration with the Global payroll regional leaders define and execute key aspects of business management and executive relationship for a Network of international payroll subcontracting Partners. - New Countries & Partners - Selection and contracting new strategic partners in chosen territories as required. - Subcontracting Agreements - Handling contract amendments and new contract negotiations - Partner Pricing Management - Ownership of Partner pricing and other direct Partner costs - Executive Relations - Establish long term, mutually successful business relationships with Executive partner leaders - Executive Escalations - Liaise and resolve major disputes in business - & stubborn operational matters - Compliance - Ensure that ADP Compliance obligations are fulfilled by the Partners - Project Engagement - Ensure that Partners are engaged and deploying ADP's planned strategic initiatives and projects - Responsibilities - New Countries & Partners - Global planning of new Countries Partners in line with strategic objectives - Identification, selection and of strategic Partners in chosen territories - Ensuring all new Partners are compliant and aligned with ADP requirements - working in close collaboration with compliance and security teams - Subcontracting Agreements - Negotiation & management and ongoing compliance with Corporate contractual obligations - Liaison and management of contractual framework in close relationship with Legal Counsel - Partner Pricing Management - Supporting price negotiations to drive mutually successful financial results - Partner Profit & Loss - Analysis of profitability and proactive actions to address price comparisons - Make proactive approach to adjust irregularities and misalignment - Executive Relations - Establish long term, mutually successful strong business relationships with Executive partner leaders.
