Who am I?I am a technology implementation & customer success specialist working with enterprise oil and gas producers and traders around the globe to improve outcomes for cargo & freight operators, and middle-office trading and risk teams. Previously I worked in the road transport, agriculture, and adjacently the property development sectors. What do I do?I work with teams from across the client organisation ranging from business end users, project sponsors, and IT teams to guide them from the UAT/PoV phase to business go-live and then post-implementation customer success. More than just implementing a system I see myself as a trusted advisor assisting clients to achieve best outcomes by helping them to map, test, and implement workflows that resolve their pain points.My prior experience as a product business analyst working with software development teams to build, test, and deliver features based on the voice of customer feedback has given me the experience to interpret these pain points.How do I do it?I am a skilled workshop facilitator and am adept at leading training sessions with staff across multiple levels of seniority and function. This means I am used to extensive long-haul international travel, predominantly in the EMEA and APAC regions. My focus is on pairing analysis and training with practical examples relevant to industry so that the end users have a contextual understanding of the system architecture rather than being given surface level explanations.
