Searched for a proven CEO and business partner, and successfully recruited Jeff Hussey as Co-Founder and CEO. Rebranded the company as Tempered Networks, built an executive team and raised a series A financing round. Onboarded sales, marketing, and engineering teams to grow Tempered Networks to 50 employees. CTO responsibilities included product roadmap and vision, engineering leadership, competitive analysis, analyst and media briefings, marketing activities, sales calls and engineering, and technical writing. Presented as an invited speaker and panelist for many industry conferences.
