About David Matteson

For 30+ years, I have represented privately held businesses in the investment management field. My clients are all over the country and span hedge funds, futures funds, investment advisers and wealth management firms. I head up the Hedge Fund practice at Drinker Biddle & Reath. While I specialize in "start ups", I look for long term client relationships. I want the work that I do for clients to grow as they grow their assets under management. To keep clients, I have to deliver value, efficiency and a fair price on every project. I must be somewhat successful in delivering that value -- I still have my very first client from 1981!!
